Its natural, prismatic shape is transformed into a soft, welcoming object so you can sit comfortably at the table like on a sofa,” is how designer and architect Ilaria Marelli explains the birth of the Nadir chair from Bonaldo. This monolithic dining chair is entirely filled in cold cure polyurethane foam, and covered in leather or fabric. Nadir comes with an imposing high back, for the head of the table, as well as a more human scale low back.
