Simplification of form, and deletion of ornament from structure characterize Glas Italia's modern chair, Merci Bob. As simple as a child's first drawing of a chair, Merci Bob is as basic a structure as possible. Entirely constructed from glued glass, Merci Bob is available in transparent extralight glass, or transparent coloured glass. The transparent extralight Merci Bob is realized in tempered 15mm thick glass, while the coloured version is created using 2 sheets of laminated 8mm thick glass.
