Cubist simplicity is the best way to describe Morosini's Flat Q series of wall/ceiling fixtures. Characterized by its unique shape, Flat Q is a wall sconce or ceiling fixture in the shape of a simple cube, with an extra clear square glass covering over the face, diffusing light outward. Flat Q is composed of extra clear glass, with screen printing on the central cube itself, with the face end screen available in a translucent white, orange, or metalized grey. The resulting effect is like a rectilinear lunar eclipse, with light spreading around all sides, but a square "moon" blocking the light directly outward. Flat Q projects 11 cm from the surface it is mounted on, and spreads 25 cm wide, by 25 cm deep.
